All work is performed by qualified professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue work if we determine that a project is unsafe or not feasible.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Our estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may change if project scope changes or unexpected issues arise during work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we work hard to meet these deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary building permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions. We recommend checking with your HOA before beginning any work.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets are secured during work hours. We take safety seriously and follow all applicable safety regulations. The work area may be hazardous during construction, so please keep children and pets away.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Change orders must be approved in writing and may affect project timeline and cost.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our business. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects in your property, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
